Its not so much as looking foolish, but this scenario is based on principle. Mike is just telling Clint that he needs to send the heads. Mike is not bashing Clint, he is just merely using a media (the Internet in this case) to outsource getting his heads he rightfully paid for. I am sure it was an oversight by Clint's part. why would he ever look like a fool, seriously? He waited since November, and PM'd the guy....it's the seller fault he never responded to this guy and said he was away doing 'job training' for three months, NOT OP.
In my eyes, the seller will never look good for sending two heads for $30, it was the deal made in November. Just needs to follow the deal through.
