My wife's Tahoe did the same thing. I swapped out the MAF and plugs and it fixed the problem.

unplug the maf...should go to 'get home mode' should run without misses...if not plugs/wires... NO WAY cats are going out already
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum

my cats went at 86k .but i will say the process of elimination was to change or clean MAF first according to mitchell.with the same codes.I was even a nice guy and changed ,plugs wires, injectors, fpr, fuel filter, fuel pump cus i had slightly low pressure. In my opinion it had no reasons that even acted like cats, except loss of power.my 2cents.so i hope u have better luck and cheaper than me.

Intake gaskets perhaps? Reason being a couple trucks have rolled through at work same problems and both of them needed gaskets. Something that takes 30 seconds to check it's worth a shot.

I agree with all these good ideals. Clean your MAF, then I would ck fuel pressure at idle and under load driving down the road to see if it drops off. tune-up if you still don't find problems, but its hard to believe converters would be stoped up at this point
