02 4.8 to a 06 5.3

I have a 02 1500 Sierra with a 4.8 auto. I want to switch the motor to a 06 5.3. What all do I need to do this conversion? Thanks everybody

from my research nothing use your 4.8 intake and all the accesories from it and have your computer tuned

so the tranny, exhaust and everything else is the same? I've done some research myself but I dont want to buy the motor and get stuck ya know.

all you need is a long block i will buy the parts u dont need been looking for a complete deal like that let me know what u want for it i need the harness intake accesories all the stuff u dont need
