    thank u very much,
reading a plug tells u more than the tune itself....belive me..

reading a plug will tell u if u are running to much timing, lean at idle, or rich...lean at WOT or vise versa, its just not pull it out and look at it, u have to know what to look for..

know of any good write ups on reading plugs. im planning on going over 200 with race fuel and would like to know how to check them. im not sure on what to do with the timing when introducing a stand alone kit with race fuel.

but you could tell if one cylinder was slightly richer or leaner than the rest, right?

we also have a big supply of tubing fittings just not the colorful ones like the dealers sell lol..
No they do not have to be the same length.
Tubing is 3/16 I recommend seamless stainless.

Direct ports can be pilled different may racers do it. STreet cars not so much but if you know you have one cylinder that just sucks, you can put differnt power level in that hole. Our BBC had 500hp pills in 7 holes and less then 200 in #2 cylinder. Went through 2 sets of pistons figuring out. There was 2 other stages involved as well.
Lean spikes can be caused by drop in fuel pressure; if pulling fuel from the rail, so make sure you have a good pump. Lean spikes are also caused by stalling the air flow in an intake. When the nozzle turn on depending on the RPM and amount of nitrous used, you can stall the air flow coming through the maf. The computer thinks for a bried moment defuel.
speaking of lean spikes there are spikes that are nothing to worry about and others that you must take serious.
On an air fuel graph look at the spike. As a moutain. Look at the left side say at 12.5-1 then the right side at 12.5-1. How much time did it take to go between these two points. .5 seconds or less or 1.5 and more. One would not worry me at all the other one would take a long look at it and see how to shorten the timeline. Keep in mind the more nitrous you use the shorter this lean area needs to be.

The talk about nitrous getting there is a little mis leading. yes it is at a much higher preasure, but when your nitrous noid opens the nitrous turns into a gaseous state until all the lines are filled and it achieves backpressure. Fuel being a liguid will not turn gasious so it travels very fast,(as long as pressure maintains).
Lots of pictures out there with different plumbings. right and left bank, front and rear. 2 noid, 4 noid, rails no rails it all changes the look, but the final out come is start power small and work your way up.

BTW how much mojo you going to spray.?

Heres a couple of pics for reference.

heres another one, not a direct port but a cool build. LOL

thanks man, yeah i been doing alot of searching checked out alot of setups, i just feel the direct port is the way to go.. do you sell all the parts i know nitro dave and nitrous outlet and such does, just looking to see where a better deal is lol ( dont we all )

do you plum these intakes, i have the FAST LSXr coming in tomorrow, i know i can plum it up as i am pretty savey at bending tubing, ( part of my work well used to be ) but if the price is right well then i'll have someone do it.
    Simple: 408 on steroids!
