In no way am I saying they are all bad Nathan. Im sure you wouldnt of tried to hand me a bolt the size a your pinky finger and claim it was the bolt for the crank pulley. THEN begin a arguement on how Im dumb and your smart cause your looking at a computer. And ducky and Tyler that is the EXACT plan. If he still works there when the manager is done.

I BELIEVE the bolt for the z06 is same size, but a little longer. They recommend it for the UD pulley setup. See if your dealership has one of those?

And as a parts man (and only 23) i will be the first to admit, most people are only there b/c a) they are good with computers, or b) good with people....few know ANYTHING about a car. Sounds like that guy lucked out on all 3.

(i'm good with computers and parts...lack a lil on the customer service thing haha)
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum

CHECK this. So today I got my bolt in from my local dealership. Well I drive down show it to them. The, what I thought was smart, manager says well I see how he could mistake it. This part number is for a Ls1. Im like NO SH*T. This part number pulls up the ls1, 5.3, 4.8, and 6.0, I guess both the dewtards thought I was stupid enough to not research how their lil system worked at the other dealership while he was ordering my bolt. Freaking morons. I wont deal with them again. Their dumb. And they hate admiting their wrong. No one go to Bastrop LA for any Chevy warranty work. They use the wrong sized bolts. Obviously.

Huh? I think I got the gist but what happened again? You got the bolt from them and then went down there to show it to them? Research how what system works? They must suck as my sucky shop stocks that bolt RIGHT MOZE?
