    Mercedes makes a kick ass 2.0L 4 cyl diesel

    I think its called the 240D or something like that.

    They started retro fitting some of them for small airplane certification too.
    Runs off Jet fuel. (which btw is nothing but fine grade diesel). Crazy fuel efficient.
