How big is Phoenix in comparison to other big cities? DFW, San Antonio, Chicago, etc.

Its pretty damn big dude. I think its bigger than Austin for sure and possibly DFW. Not too sure about Chicago tho.
Its hard tho cuz I think of Phoenix as the "valley" meaning Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, and Chandler all wrapped up into one.

Yeah Austin isnt that big. How is Phoenix as far as cruising through on a "non rush hour" type day? You know is it pretty easy to move through the city

For sure! Everything has like 800 bagillion signs too so if you havent ever been here you can figure it out. Usually I can cruise through on the highways at about 75 and not really hit any traffic unless there is an accident or something. But you do have to watch out for them damn speed cameras.

I guess thats not too bad then. So does Avondale, Mesa, Scottsdale, and the rest of the cities that circle Phoenix are all basically apart of Phoenix? Or I mean are you able to tell where the cities start and end? Does that make sense?

Exactly. You can kinda tell by the buildings and such. But if you didnt really pay attention you could go as far as lower Chandler from Avondale and not even realize it....Even tho if youre on the freeways signs will tell you Chandler next xx exits or Mesa next xx exits.
