Thread: what would you do?

You might see what the resale market looks like on your truck.m If it was bought new you may loose a small fortune just to get rid of it. . . . . . I dont know what to tell ya. Building a truck takes a but load of money. I have more money in my truck than yours cost new.

Step one is to get a relative idea what your truck is worth. Do not look it up in any book or on any website. This are guestimate made up numbers. You need real trade numbers from someone in the business that has access to average LOCAL wholesale auction prices.

Once you realize the worth or lack thereof, it will be a lot easier to make the choice....which will probably be keep the current truck or lose a substantial amount of money.

Your mods do not make the truck worth any more than an unmodded truck and sometimes make it worth less.

I vote you do what we talked about. jk. Its a great ride but if life throws you a curve ball sometimes you dont have a choice. Once you get famous and all you can always buy another! I vote IF and its a big IF you can get what the truck is worth or close to it. Find you a nice truck for around 10 and put about 10 in it. A nice Crew cab ext cab with a trick turbo and a cam with a few tranny goodies would be a great ride and Approx the same size as what you have and a good bit faster.
Good luck with whatever you decide mitch
