wow how messed up is that! but i would like to put in my 2 cents though and yes i street race some to but if you are street racing arnt u putting others in danger to not just yourself and the car ur racing? a kid in houston killed a old lady and himself in a head on collision and no it was not on the highway and yes it was like a 30 or 40mph zone and probably the worst place to race, but still any time u street race arnt u putting the public in danger also even if not intending to. just some food for thought.

I have always been against street racing. I am however all for the occasional romp on the highway. And if there just happens to be another person romping at the same time... hey, sall good. I'm sure David doesnt ''romp'' unless the road is wide open. As for the tool that had his kid in the car while ''romping''...

rob - yeah I fixed the hole. Im gonna go back over it tomorrow, with my buddies mig or tig, which ever he has to make sure that there is nothing on the inside of the pipe "metal" thats sticking out that could break off and get sucked into the intake. I let some shop do it, and I dont really trust there work, so im gonna cut the pipe open tomorrow and check it out.

I have some opinions on street racing. I usually keep it to the freeway with as little traffic as possible unless the chance to run someone good really presents itself. Yeah im putting others in danger around me I guess. But everything is about choice. You choose to speed or not signal or this or that, that means you are breaking the law. That means you put peoples lifes in danger every time you break the law. Whether its a mile over or 30 mph over the speed limit. Thats why I never get to up tight about street racing unless your a complete jackass about it. Some circumstances of course I wont street race in, city is pretty rare because its easy for a cop to jump out or a car to pull out etc. But the fact that the kid had no say in the dad street racing doesnt show that the kid had a choice, if that makes sense.
