Say I didn't have any o2's would that make it run like this?

Yes, after closed loop or with a bad tune.

    Why didn't you say so?

No I have o2's I am just not sure they are working as they are supposed to or at all. I'm gonna replace them first thing in the morning and see where that gets me. I kinda noticed that it runs ok at first but as it heats up and comes out of that warm up stage it becomes to get worse and that is when the o2's start controlling the fuel.. right?

If it runs OK cold and goes to crap then it is probably rich. Don't haphazardly replace sensors for no cause. Let's get it fixed.

What port is not hooked up? Not sure what you mean but that could make this suck too...

You have to hook up the pcm to the diagnostic port so you can use it to diagnose your problems.

Could be anything at this point. We need to get the DL connector hooked up ASAP so you can scan the PCM, you'll be chasing your tail without it. Surley they left DL provisions in the harness or we can use the existing port which will be easy to fix. Call me tomorrow, I'll be in my office most of the day but leave me a message if I don't answer. I'm sure it's something simple.
