    ya, awesome deal Allen. I wish I could have made it just couldnt get away from work. I bet its some kind of rush steppin in that ring........ You will get the next one. What doesnt kill you makes you stronger.....lol

    Thanks guys, it was a blast!

    It's not UFC, by no means, it's at whole lower level, but just as exciting for us.
    It's ran by TAMMA, TX Amateur MMA.

    Next fight is in Sept, I've signed for that one and Oct.

    I'm with the Blue Tiger Academy on 410south and Southton.

    They'll be more, see you there!

    What the hell, I'm no runner! jk.
    Seriously, I suck at running. But being in the ring is all about cardio and keeping it straight in the head, so running does help a lot!

    You'd be suprised how many runners can't last one round at the gym, and how we can last 10 rounds, but can't run a mile, hahahah.

    Yeah I know what you mean, going for even 3 rounds your straining and using so many muscles in your body and so much energy. But running your focusing most of the energy in certain parts and its a little easier to concentrate once you get in the zone with the race or hard run

    That's eactly it, plus you're comfortable running 50 miles a day, and I'm comfortable sparing with the guys at the gym.

    I still wish I could run as far as you can
