99-02 HD grill & bumper on '01 LD truck

WOW, that clears thing up big time!
Ive been searching around for a 1500HD grille and It looked the same as mine!
So now I know I need a 2500HD grille, that should make things a bit easier.
Im think im gonna go for the 2500HD front bumper also.

I will finally have some time to go junk yard searching this coming weekend to find the bumper & grille.
Ive located all the needed parts online, but the cost of factory replacement parts is ridicules! So hopefully I can find some good condition used parts.
Ill let you know what I find.

yeah i hate to take someones idea.cuz i like originality and thngs that havent been done before but damn, that grille looks good in these trucks. add that to my list.haha

I really like the look of the HD grille. Its not a huge change but its something different than every other silvie out there.
I plan on removing the bumper pads on the HD bumper then doing a little metal work and shooting it satin black to match my wheels, hopefully it turns out nice.
I once again didnt have the time or money to go find parts this weekend but hopefully next!!

no...the grille clips...you will see them when u take yours off...

if you use the stock 1500 bumper pad you will have to leave the bottom 2 clips off....if you have the hd bumper top pad everything will clip in like it should
