Yeah they are really not helping but i love the way they look. I'm already planning on getn some headers. I really do need a tune, but why you say lose the ptb?

The TB spacer doesn't do anything except for making the intake hiss... Yeah, you will like the Pacesetter ceramic coated ones.

Be glad you can run on a chassis dyno. Wish I could.
Welcome fellow VHO!

Yeah im excited about those lt's, and when i get some pulleys im gonna throw it back on the dyno and see what the overall improvement is.

On a 2003+ AWD type transfer case (like an Escalade or Denali), running it without the front driveshaft will ruin the coupler/open differential/pinion gears in the transfer case.
To quote GM service information:
"The following actions occur because of the planetary differential:
• If the vehicle is on a hoist, the front propeller shaft can be rotated by hand.
• The vehicle cannot be driven if one propeller shaft is removed.
• Operating the vehicle on the hoist can damage the differential pinion gears, by over-spinning.
• Operating the vehicle with one propeller shaft removed causes over-spinning of the differential pinion gears."
I don't wanna risk it. I've heard some people have an adapter they can install in place of the transfer case on these for dyno runs but that's way too much trouble and expense for an almost stock 6.0 like I have.
The 2002 and prior AWD's have a different t/case that has clutches and selectrive torque apply/split and they're not hurt by running on the rear only.
welcome to the site!

Well damn...nevermind. I have seen people do this and not ruin anything. And one member on here did this on a dyno run and threw down 500+ RWHP. He has had no problems with his stock transfer case and he runs nitrous through it at launch and it seems to be fine. Actually, I removed it twice this past weekend to do a stall... The fluid level was fine and did not show any signs of wear.
