A few more questions before I order a couple of these things from you.

    1) What type of solution are you running in the HHO, just water or H2O with some additive? I've heard some guys using baking soda(?) as a catalyst.

    2) What is the life expectancy of the electrolysis plates?

    3) How much water will the system hold and how often do you need to check/refill?

    4) What kind of maintenance does the system require?

    5) What is the lead time on getting one?

I'm getting kind of excited about this. Thanks for making this available.
    1. Distilled Water And baking soda. 1 tspn per cell full.
    2. I have been running mine for a long time. I back up My work and if the cell fails I will replace. I will offer this for 1 year. Discoloration of the water and steel is normal.
    3. I think its just under a quart of water. I have the same water I had in it about a month ago. It is supposed to last 80 hours of being on. I can Show you how to make a way to check it, without having to open with a flash light. This is an upgrade.
    4. The only maintenance I would recommend is if the water separator get water in it from condensation or steam... just push the little release valve open and drain water. As for the cell, IF you take the top off replace the Teflon tape and rinse out. You can if you choose, wipe out the inside of the cell, but its not necessary.
    5. It depends on what I have. I'm just one guy. Right now it is 7 days for me to get build materials. 2 days to assemble. and however long shipping takes. These are business days.
I would like to get group orders, but I understand the situations.
    Thanks for your interest.

Gah, this is really making me want to get one for the Saturn. I have a couple questions as well.

    1. In your Hydrogen thread you said that it cost you about $275 for your kit. What are the major differences between the kit you run and the kit being sold?

    2. (This will probably be answered w/ Q1) I noticed your setup has 3 tubes (or resivors) and the one you show here only has one. What allows you to only use one?

    3. How is hydrogen drawn into the engine?

    Ok
    1. $275 was for tools, and I did allot of R&D.
    2. The other 2 tubes were not needed. The steamer was replaced with the water seporator, and I found it made more sence to not have a bubbler unless you just HAD to have one. Takes up less space without. The original also did not have a flash arrestor, New one does. Old one had a different coating too.
    3. On my truck I drilled and tapped a 1/4 elbow into the intake. Natural vaccuum and pressure from cell is how its drawn in.

I made adjustments to save money, space, and run more effeciantly for yall.
To produce My first kit with all the R&D cost me well over $700 dollars testing different methods. I feel mine is best suited for what it does. And I also had to test stuff like shorts, and long distance to make it safer. I purposely shorted one kit to see how it reacted. I burned up allot of wire.
I guess you could say I was a test rat for yall. And buy letting me build yall kits will save yall coin on doing it yourself.
