    Holy geez....

I just got back from the shop. Apparently the roof has been beaten to hell on this thing, which means more money. Bad times. I think I'm just going to shave the roof rack now, but since there's going to be more done to it, I'm considering stepping up and doing more custom work. Maybe losing the running boards all together and going with more of a drop, as well. Who knows. I need to look at more pictures.
I told myself I wasn't going to do anything crazy with this thing. Famous last words...

    UPDATE:

The roof is totally jacked and it just seems to get worse daily the morethat it's dug into. Whoever did the body work on this thing the first time around; I'd like to punch them in the face. It was almost as if they took a semester of auto shop class in high school and decided it qualified them to fix this thing.
It's going to be done correctly this time and nobody will most likely never know that anything had ever happened to it, but it just pisses me off that someone would go to such lengths to do such God awful work. I have more pictures, but for some reason my Photobucket account won't let me log in. As soon as I can, I'll post some more pictures up. I'll be glad when I have the 'Hoe all painted and on the road again. Driving the garage queen with no AC in a Texas summer...FTL!

I'm considering putting a 2/3 drop on it, but not sure. I already have shock extenders and a guy on another forum wants to sell me his 3" springs for the rear really cheap. All I'd really need to do at that point is either get the 3/4 purple keys for it or just crank on the current keys a little bit and get it aligned. I had 2" spindles and had thought I was going to just leave the suspension alone so I sold them. Oh well, spindles aren't really necessary unless I wanted to drop it more than that.

Ugh! That is bad. That shop looks familiar for some reason. Tell Tim I said what's up.

Will do Ricky. I saw you on Tuesday around 4:30 at the corner of McNeil and 172. I was in a friend of mine's car or I would have flagged you down to say what's up. We'll have to do it another time!

More pictures of the carnage. This is what happens when you let an idiot loose with an old school dent puller. I don't even get mad anymore; what's the point? At least it's all being fixed...
