Did you get a relocating bracket, or just pull the spare up at an angle? I have a hidden hitch behind my roll pan, so no spare for me.

I have a steel rollpan on my fleetside. They dont weigh that much, but I too had to take the spare out. It was resting pretty snug on the end of the roll pan, so I had to take it out plus less weight back there now

No relocation bracket, but it rest against the frame so the tire won't go any higher. If I moved the tire any more forward, it would hit the axle housing. I thought about cutting out the frame, but I didn't want to make it weak. I have a bed cover so the spare lives in the bed now. Maybe a skinny spare lol!
