I like Atlanta Chassis Dyno. Tho owner is Brad Brand. The # is 770-786-2400. He has a dyno and can tune. He did my Camaro (see link above). I am very pleased with it.

What's the progress on the '86? Just got my trans back in. Got some adjustments to make. Vac mod feels different. I guess mostly b/c I was nearly a quart low (deeper pan installed). Pan took 9 quarts.

Had to wash truck after I got finished. After sitting up for almost a month, it looked brown instead of black. Not as clean as that shiney new paint job ya have, but it's much cleaner now.

That looks killer. I really like the rallye wheels and RWL tires. The color combo on the paint is sweet also.

So what were the biggest hurdles in your conversion?

I'm extremely interested in doing a swap in my '87

Guys, I know this is a very old thread but I have been looking to see what color code this truck actually got painted. If anybody would know other than the previous owner it would be one of you guys. I have been through most of the post on this truck and the closest thing that is said is from other members about being factory colors. Is that correct? I thought Midnight blue was the closest thing to this blue in these year trucks. Any help would be apprecieated and if there are any links stating exactly what it is then please post. Thanks
