VATS usually is 1-3sec not seven seconds. does the tach needle move
during cranking? does the check engine light stay lit on cranking?
sounds like an injector driver is toasty.
plus 1996-1997 L35 4.3/L30 5.0/L31 5.7/L29 7.4L computers dont
have VATS, that started in 1998 and continued to 2002 after the
express van line discontinued genI vortec service and changed
to genIII power. they have 4.8L V8 with a 4L80e trans....
i wonder if itll haul @$$...

he sent me a new one and it started on first try, so must of been something with vats
probably a bad file... or bad computer.
there isnt any VATS on 1996-1997 truck PCMs
