Ya, we pretty much live on these forums. You'll see up all night sometimes.
The best way to make more power is to get feedback on what the truck is doing. There are several ways.
We have an interceptor gauge that is very handy, www.aeroforcetech.com , this will display every parameter needed. Another way is to get some logging software, but it requires a laptop.
This is better because you can email me logs and I can see exactly what the truck is doing.
The best way is to purchase hptuners and we can send logs and tunes back and forth.
If you're going to do the supercharger, I'm sure the mod bug won't stop there, so it might be a good idea to get a logging software and a way to monitor a/f ratio. Any FI truck needs an a/f ratio gauge, it's mandatory and will keep your engine alive.
As for your supercharger, the key to making power is a good tune of course, but you can only make power if the intake charge is cool. Keeping the intake temps cool allows the pcm to add timing, which makes power. check out www.snowperformance.net .
