You will want to load the turbo so I would say no lower than 3.73's. The turbo is your friend on the highway so you will be able to make a great run at him. You will never be the fastest thing out there so don't worry with that just be happy you have a faster than normal truck that can beat a bunch of fast cars.

lmao, ducky ur killing me. i think having a 12 second truck is better than having a lotus elise. my fat ass would take the whole "its major strength is its weight" advantage out of the equation.

... she basically is never on my side with anything. ...[/b]
Sorry man, that's funny!!!

If you want a turbo in your future stay with 3.73 gears, and a 220 cam in general will be too much overlap for a turbo; gotta be careful with camming on turbo motors or it will really suffer.

RE Lotus - I wouldn't worry; it's a purpose-built racecar and the interior is so bare it's like being trapped in a beer can. My point is that the Lotus might seem cool to begin with but I've never met someone that actually kept it for any length of time, the former Lotus owners I've met have just gotten tired of them after a while. Other thing to remember is that for the Lotus to really perform the driver has to keep it over 6K-RPM all the time; the Exige is a different animal in that regard, as it has the Toyota engine...

Damn fool...I wouldn't get that mad at the situation unless your girlfriend has more "car and truck" knowledge than you do...and I doubt she does. When it comes to chicks---if they see an Elise or a Chevy RCSB...they are gunna pick the Lotus everytime. Most women go on looks ALONE. That's it. Imagine what your g/f will think when you blow that Lotus out of the water with your truck...it might change her mind then. You may wanna take some advice a good friend told me...(which most of you might have already heard) "Speak softly, but carry a big stick." Let your g/f say all she wants...but make sure you've got the "big stick" when you need it...double-entendre there (for you kids who know what that means)...hehe

dude a Lotus Elise is a bitch car period. IOW girls like them, they look exotic. They say Money. Plain and simple. Speed does not matter to women unless it is the speed at which it takes you to spend money on them. Don't punch her in the nose just dump her. But take good pictures and maybe a good grudge . . .ugh well you get the idea.

My wife hates my truck with a passion. so get use to women not liking your truck. Very few will.
What matters is that you like it.

I just have ALOTTT of pride in my truck. Almost to the point of me dying for it.. I'm just kidding about punching her in the nose. It would more likely to be right in the baby maker so not to make her face look ugly... KIDDDDING. But seriously shes a great girl and is really starting to come around to the fact that she cant stop my passion with my truck.

Yeah I read alot about how cams can help or hurt turbo's. If you have more insight on turbos/cams that would be really helpful. Allen mentioned how well the 220 responds to the new trick front mount, not only to that, but I see how well its doing with James' STS.

Always go with your tuner's sugestions he is the guy that will make or break you. He also has experence with difference setups so that is worth everything IMO!
