Sorry for the late reply but we're still working on them. I have access to a Wallace Coast CNC but I have to purchase the die and I'm looking at close to $13,000.00 for it. I can always fall back to my first plan if I have to. I'm already in with Jet Hot and a couple of other coating companies.

just was looking at some long tubes from pacesetter. check these out
thats basically what i NEED to fit in my truck. wish i could see a set b4 spending 400 bux![]()
look over on ls1tech in the for sale section there are always some of those pacesetters in there and if they don't fit you should be able to get your money back out of them instead of buying new.
Those look great but won't fit without alot of chopping and welding. The GTO headers pictured there are tucked in tight similar to the C5 and C6's.
