Post up some pics of the vac hoses and where they are routed?
also, check the back of the charger, there are a few ports back there.

Three lines back there. Brake Booster PVC and one that goes to the black valve on the side of the blower the valve with the yellow sticker on it. I put the air line into the brake booster line to feed air in to see if I had any leaks. All were good.

get a Benz-o-matic torch. start the truck and let it idle. open the nozzle on the torch but dont light it. now go around entire intake manifold and tb and any vaccum port with this. if the RPMs change then you sir have a leak

also you should be able to hear such a huge vaccum leak if indeed you have a vaccum leak

is it possible your throttle cable is bind'd up and is allowing the TB to be open?

Did the brake cleaner and carb just did the Benz-o-matic torch no change in idle. Pulled the brake booster line of and plugged it to see if there was a leak there no good.

Did not help. IAC is new. Put my finger up in there were the IAC goes from the inside of the TB and it seems to be setting. Going back out and try something. It has pulled two quarts of oil through it so I am thinking the PVC may be stuck open. One letting it pull oil out two letting air in all the time and may be my leak. And that is the only line I have not pulled today. Back at it
