Why are there three cigarette lighter outlets, but only the one on the far right works? I plugged a multimeter into those three and of course the far right one got 12v, the other get nothing. WHY?!?!?!?!

I checked the fuse, and it's all good. It's the same way with my buddy's truck. There is only one outlet you can plug a charger into or use the cigarette lighter in.

I could see why one of them doesnt work because I noticed in my toyota the 12 volt outlet work but the cig lighter only works when using the lighter, but on my truck all 3 of em work I believe

Did you test them with the key on? Could it be that the cig lighter is hot all the time, but the other two are only hot when the key is on?
