They are hub centric rings. You will use the black ones I think.

Hub centric rings. My xd monsters came with them but I didnt use them and I have no vibration at all.

I work at discount tire. Almost every after market wheel will have those hub centric rings. I'd run them if you have them. Some ppl will get lucky and not get vibrations with out them. But we have more ppl come back to use because of vibrations, because they didn't use them. That's just my .02
