Do you have a lifted application or a regular sized 4x4? If you are lifted and looking for some power Id check out the vinci 062 or some lower spec-ed cam for low end torque. Choosing cams also depends on your engine size. I ran a 218/228 LS1 Hot cam on my 4.8 which was way too much. I run Comps 216/220 now on my 5.3 but I am at stock height right now and it hauls ass!

That tire size fits on stock suspension. Are you going to lift it anyway?

Nelson recommended and sold me the cam in my sig.
Nice low end, I run stock tires -gears- though. Helped gas mileage about 1mile/gal.

Im not exactly a 4x4 off road. But I do have a heavy truck and its AWD. My cam in custom grind 216 220 .586 .586 114. It pulls really good all the way through.
