    When you buy a cam from Comp they don't tell you want pushrods to use because they don't know your engine. Every engine is different. NX probably uses Comp to grind their cams just like a lot of other places do. I think all Thunder Racing cams are ground by Comp to TR spec. Pushrod length changes with head resurfacing, valve jobs, head changes, LS6 head vs. LS1 head, cam base circle change, changing lifter design, changing to aftermarket rockers...

    use a push rod length checker on every cam install!!! Only way to be sure.
    We do on everyone and normally it is 7.375- 7.4. We have had 7.350's too.
    There is normally a little too much pre-load from the factory even on stock stuff.
