Sorry guys I should have included this in the original post.
The truck is a 2001 RCSB Silverado. It originally came with the 4.3 V6.
Here is what I have swapped over from the 2004 donor truck:
2004 Complete 5.3 engine with harness and PCM
2004 Fuel system (lines, tank, pump, evap)
2004 TAC module and pedal assembly
2004 Park/Neutral switch on the Transmission (changed this out because the connectors are different from 2001 to 2004)
What I mean by "repin the fuse block connector" is that I had to repin the black C2 connector that comes from the engine harness to the underhood fuse block. This was to make sure all of the power and ground sources matched up with the fuse block. So I'm 99% sure I have all the power sources and grounds where they need to be. (Me and Alldata wiring diagrams went on a 20 hour date).
I'm getting the fuel pump to come on and I have fuel at the rail. I also have spark. The truck will crank all day long but will never start. I did have the security light on but I attempted to do the Passlock relearn and the security light is no longer on but the truck will still not start. Will VATS affect the operation of the PRNDL display and the indicator lights or is that the BCM acting up? Also does the VIN in the PCM affect anything?
Thanks,
Brandon
