Half off Hooters

I think I've mentioned it before, but I work for the college news paper at Texas A&M. Well they're finally gettin a hooters up here, and people are protesting it. So, I wrote a really sarcastic column saying we should run em out of town (makin fun of the people that protest a hooters in town). Anyway, the same day I got an email from the Director of Special Projects of Hooters in Texas and she read the column. She said she's gonna send me a Hooters VIP card that gets me 1/2 off everything. Hell yea!

Yeah, same thing happened several years back when a Hooters tried to open in southwest Arlington. The local Baptist church corraled their torch-bearing members and marched... :flipoff: Hooters prevailed for the most part...they got to do everything but get their license to sell alcohol. So, instead of making their customers pay for beer, they give it away for free&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33; Yes, that is correct. 2 free beers per person. They say 2...but if you don&#39;t act like a PWT pervert and treat the girls with respect (to their face), you can get more. I got 6 in one sitting. It was glorious. But since beer is free, you need to tip the waitresses well. You don&#39;t want to be that guy...



And BTW....I love the fact that a lot of us have women (or the essential parts of women) as our avatars...
