Im finished with the install of my powerdyne, but the guy I bought from didnt untune his truck with the predator tuner. In the instructions it said do not crank truck until it is tuned. It sucks really bad to just look at my baby just sitting their in the shop. Does anyone know how much it cost to have one reset, or do you think I should trust that he wont keep it if I send it back to him to unprogram his truck?

Get Allen to tune your truck and toss that POS in the trash.

Eh...call the guy up and see if he would be cool with you sending it back and have him reprogram it back to stock. If he acts a little weary about it, do what zeake said---have Allen flash you a new one.

We've tuned quite a few powerdyne's and if you want to be happy with the unit, keep those intake temps cool!! That is the only way it's going to make decent power. Those intake temps will get over 200degs during the summer and that's with an intercooler.
If you don't have an intercooler yet, definitely get one, it's well worth it.

good luck with your new power!

The dude is being a jerk, he says his truck is back to stock. Which its not thats why the programer is saying "locked to another vehicle" when I attempt to install the tune. He is not even willing to try and retune his back to stock. Diablo wants $100 plus shipping to reset it. How much would a tune from allen cost, any idea? (for a mail order tune, im too far to drive there) Would it be a noticeable difference from what the Diablosport will offer. Thanks Brett

We charge $375 for NA and light mods and $490 for all FI vehicles.

The advantage of the custom tune is, we'll tune for the mods you have and each modification.
