power steering, and front end

Im getting a weird noise from my power steering, not even turned all the way its whizzing, i checked the fluid and its fine?? Also when cruising I hear this tinging from the front driver side I dont know if this is all from my bigger wheels, and if I take it in for warranty work do I need to put the stockers back on?

hey man i just finished getting rid of that wizzy sound from the power steering.what you need to do is go to the dealer and by a knew bottle of the gm fluid and flush out the old one real good and then add the knew one.maybe the old fluid is causing foam inside that&#39;s why it&#39;s doin that.maybe my info would help.it worked on my truck and i have 22&#39;s on.the cost is like &#036;8 bucks.

what about the pinging in the front end my truck only has 17,000 miles the front end should be good still?
