I know this is bringing up an old post, but since I just joined, this one is new to me!
I've got an LT1/T56 I swapped into my 92 RS convertible. I've been running an a/c delete idler for the past 6 years, but I've been thinking about making the a/c functional again. I want to convert it to the vette style accessories, but I don't really want to fork over the skrilla to do it. Is anybody running one of these bower setups? I've looked at it in the past, but to me it doesn't look like there is enough belt coverage on the crank pulley. Looks like there is room for slippage since the a/c, p/s, and alternator all depend on that belt gripping on less than half of the crank pulley's surface area. Any experience or opinions?
