212/218 .522/.529 114 all the way. Might even want to look into the higher .55x/.56x lift version too.

My 4.8 put 272 to the ground UNTUNED with this cam at 5800 rpm. Probably closer to 300 up above that. EDIT isn't necessary, but I would *highly* recommend it so you can bump the shift points up a bit and make full use of the cam's powerband.

Definitely get pushrods! I also went with the Comp 918s, although I'm sure you could get by with the Z06 springs. I just liked the peace of mind that I got from a spring that was good to .600 lift.

My best ET with cam, CAI, e-fans and higher rev limiter was 9.53 @ 75/14/14.77 @ 97.
