Why dont you just get your headers really hot and bend the headers at the collector with a large piece of exhaust pipe. I did that to a set of hookers i had and it worked pretty good. just be careful that if you pry on the runners that you dont kink them any.

I have heard nothing but good about pacesetters too. Makes me kind of glad that i took a gamble and got a set of stainless LT headers by a lesser known company. I didnt have any fit issues other than needing different spark plug wires for #5 and #7 but i kind of expected that to be the case as with almost all headers i have dealt with.
