    I think somewhat but this is a computer to computer file "sharing" not off a server what apparently busted Napster. That spyware stuff and pop ups are missing...soooooooo nice.

    Yes, but they can soepena your ISP, which has records of what you download and from where. You might want to be careful. Just do it in moderation, and they souldn't care.

    i put all my music on a cd, and keep stuff out of my shared folder. they are targeting high usage downloaders.
