Why not buy it, and swap the TB for a cable-driven one? As far as wiring, what's wrong with custom harness? NP can hook that up for ya... not to mention a PCM tuned for a cable-driven powertrain.

Is this not do-able? Am I thinking wishfully? I've heard of people on PT swapping DBW TBs for cable-driven ones w/o issues. What's so different here?
