    Naw I think I would need a 99-02 harness since its an 02 engine and a 01 comp?

    Yes, but the 03+ fuseblock/body harness won&#39;t connect to an 99-02 engine harness. I had this problem on my 99 when I swapped in an &#39;04 lq9. The &#39;04 harness wouldn&#39;t connect, so I got an &#39;01, and switched the motor over to a cable throttle. It was pretty easy to do, but just meant I had more parts to buy.

    I&#39;ve still got the harness and all the DBW stuff if you need it.

    Will it fit on everything?

    Thanks for the info man...Luckily I didnt go ahead and get a harness from someone haha..

    you need a harness from a 99-02 truck which are 512kb pcms (red and blue connectors)

    I don&#39;t think you&#39;re going to be able to use a cable throttle body. I don&#39;t know that any 03+ harness was ever setup that way. So you&#39;d have to run the drive by wire setup, or get a custom harness made by Nelson. I&#39;m not sure about the ECU, but the &#39;01 ecu in my truck has different connectors then the &#39;04 harness. The motor should work with a newer harness, the only differences I ran into were the connector on the oil pressure sensor was different and the &#39;04 motor doesn&#39;t have an EGR. I bought the correct oil sensor, and didn&#39;t worry about the EGR.

    I&#39;ve got the &#39;04 harness, DBW pedal, TAC module left over. I don&#39;t have the ECU or throttle body. If you want it, I&#39;ll send it to you for &#036;100+shipping.

    I believe all the V6s are drive by wire...I know my 03 engine is...
