    Well.. Its about that time. Ive run the rubber off of my cross terrains.

    I'm stuck with this debate.

    I'd like to go with a more offroadish look. and thought the nitto terra graphlers would be nice


    wouldnt mind the good year MTs either but they dont have my size

    (( 265/70/17 ))

    my biggest complaint with truck tires is..speed rating. many a times i hit 135+ and it would suck to have one come apart.


    So am I stuck with a nitto 404 tire for speed capabilities????

    or with a terra graphler do it and just not like it. i only lose handling..


    someone clarify this..

    for reference.

    My cross terrains are H rated (130)
    nitto 404s V rated (149)
    terra graphlers (unknown 100mph??)

    I am constantly 120+ on my projects, and they dont even flinch. Thats one tough looking tire too...

    BFG projects? are those things even speed rated. pre runners run 150+ in dry lake beds hehe..

    if only i needed a 37..

    I run the Nitto Grapplers on my 99 Tahoe, I don't get no where near your speeds, but what's important to me is they are quiet and smooth, they are 285/75/16's, i think,

    nevermind. It turns out nitto for some reason decided not to make anymore of the tires and they arent available anywhere. good times.
