Since we have the cable style throttle, we can just adjust the idle screw... If you go that big and have the electronic throttle, you will have to have a tune done. I have not seen any applications of a 90mm TB on a stock manifold. I have seen the Z06 intake mainfold done with a 90mm... If you haven't bought the 90mm yet...hold off. Either have your stock TB ported and polished or do the 80mm. That way you won't have to by a new manifold for it to work. With a bigger TB, no mods to the water pump is necessary...WHAT KIND OF TB IS IT? SOME WILL FIT ON A REGULAR MANIFOLD WITH AN ADAPTER. thanks guys -ihave a procharger on the truck now with 44lb injectors and want to go to 60lbers because there maxed out at around 6000 rpm's so i'd like to put more air in with the bigger injectors ..the 90mm throttle body i got was on a newer style corrvette, but it has 4 bolt hole instead of the 3 hole like the one thats on the truck now .and i heard that you have to change the water pump because of the way the neck of the water pump is facing up on the trucks and gets in the way when you try to put on something like a fast or stock corvette manifold because it sits lower than the truck style does .if there is a adapter that would fit on would be to easy.. LOL .. edelbrock makes a manifold that will work ,but the rpm range doesn't come on till 3000 .i'd like to find something from idol to 7000 .wilson manifolds makes a elbow that will fit the 90mm throttle body .but i can't find the right manifold .. thanks again for the help
