Allen Broke his arm? Is he ok?

I&#39;m doing good, thanks for the concern. It&#39;s just hell trying to type so much, lol.

I&#39;ll be getting it all fixed up tomorrow, thursday, then it&#39;ll be back in action soon.

I was at the gym fighting/wrestling and it was just one of those weird falls, it torqed the fore arm just right and broke it in half, oh well.

So, if I seem a little behind on email, thanks for being patient guys&#33; I think I&#39;m up to about 5 words a minute with one hand hahahha.

I guess now won&#39;t try using a triangle choke on me again.
