in the jump to folder box: you have inbox if you click the drop down you have sent message. if you recieved one message and you deleted one message it still will show 1 message cause the sent message is still there if you replied to it, so on the drop down arrow click sent message then delete, this will clear the sent messages ie: the 1 in box message ..
