Thumbs down

Well, I got my new Motor Trend today and there is a comparison between the new Silverado and Tundra inside. I was anxious to see how quick it was, especially after seeing their ads that claim 381HP/401TQ with the optional 5.7L engine!

I think it would have been a more fair comparison (concerning accleration testing) if the Silverado would have been a 6.0L instead of the 5.3L, but it wasnt.

I tell ya what, everything just keeps getting faster and faster. The ol'460 cant keep up with the newer trucks anymore.

I sure do like the power output of the new trucks but last time i checked they are more expensive then the silverado's and they costs more to repair then the silverado's. I am a GM man through and through.

That's pretty impressive. That's better than my last run and I have a ton of add-on stuff. Not bad for out-of-the-box.

They only show regular cab long bed, no shortbed. Very ugly.
