000 steel wool and they shine right up
elbow grease and a good degreaser cleaner.. nothing to harsh though that will discolor the coating... dont know about the steel woll though i would think that would scrath them up...
i mean at the track we just use brake cleaner and a rag to wipe them off...

I clean mine with steel wool just have to get the really fine stuff like 000 or 0000
cool will have to try that where can you get that fine a wool?
we actually just got all our headers recoated the past couple of months... micheal at performance coatings did them over in arlington and man what a hell of a job he did... Jet-Hot did them the first go around and they looked like crap compared to what micheal did... so we will see how well his coatings hold up to heat once we hit the track...

like i said i use something like brake clean and an old t shirt or maybe something like the castrol purple cleaner?
just be careful with it though and done spray it diorectly on the tubes put it on the rag its to harsh to spray on the tubes if they are coated.
