hmm... what type of gas mileage are you getting w/o towing w/ 3.73s? Just curious b/c w/ 3.42s in my '02, I get a max of 16 hwy (which happens to be the EPA-rated max). I drive my Kon on a daily 100-mile commute to & from work. I did notice that my pickup w/ 4.10s & a 5.3L/4L60E combo yielded 19mpg (w/o a working lockup).
