Is that a TBI unit? I spend crazy money trying to make my '88 fast (read cam, overbore, Holley injection, headers, 4.10's, etc). it was quick for what it was, but no comparision to today's motor. I would put a shot of nitrous on it, cheaper and more power.

Once it craters, then transplant a Gen III/IV motor.
