    Ok that sounds good no down time & mo' power Like I said b4 might b around late winter or early spring but this is the way Im going & If its that good Ill spread the good word to my buddies here too about you guys there in San Antonio. It will be nice to have a 4.8 that thinks its at least a 5.3 hehehe Talk to ya soon

    moderator whore is right...remember i have a 98 that you cant tune. i just didnt know you had pcm&#39;s. guess my search is over.

    ok cool, you&#39;re gonna have to pull and arrange just a few wires on the harness, if you have a 98 harness, i&#39;m sure a quick call to dynatech or hell even ls1.com has the pin outs, it sounds more trouble than it&#39;s worth, but it&#39;s very easy,
    just push the pins out and put them in thier new place, going off of a 99 plus pinout.
    send me that 98 pcm and i&#39;ll send you a new style one, programmed and ready to rock.
    i believe only a few wires need to be switched in order to make it 99 compatible. plus, if you go this route, i can send you more pcms if you ever decide you wanna do some upgrades, heheeh.
