If heat was a huge issue under the hood, then all the diesel trucks, duramax, cummins, powerstroke would have either no turbos or it would not be in the lifter valley of the engine sitting there baking everything under the hood. Only in january will anyone see an attempt to vent heat under the hood when ford unveils the new 6.4L powerstroke with twin turbos and side vents on the sides of the front fenders to help vent under hood heat. But think about it turbo diesels have been in light duty trucks since mid 80's with no under hood concerns. I think this kit will do very well and sell like hot cakes once it makes a name for itself. I cant wait to see the numbers
