well... it isnt low mileage, but its in texas and its a 99 4.3 complete with everything, except it needs a distributor. 100,001 miles, needs an oil spout too. other than that engine ran very strong when it was in my truck. comes with harness, and pcm. looking for &#036;250. if ur serious we can negotiate. let me know.
