havent done it yet, but will do the same swap, except to a built 6.0.
As far as I know, you need the mounts, stands, engine harness, pcm, a/c accumulator(v-6 is slightly different and would interfere with the v-8)
re-flash to the v-8 program. Hopefully someone else will chime in for the things I forgot.
I hope to do this in 6 months or so in my reg cab short bed.
