sad to say guys the trany gave up tonight . took the wife out to a dinner and a movie and it wound up being a dinner and a movie, and a tow. im so freakin mad right now. me and a MR. I think you know my response lol, joe built me a badass trans and still hasn't broke, even with 10's of passes down the 1/4 mile.
I know he's out of town but it might be worth a shot. 02Denali had luck with cottman, hahaha jk, don't go there, he had luck with century transmission, i believe they are in houston as well.

So what broke on it? I think you take the trophy with tranny problems, mine only went out 3times in one week, hahah.
nothing funny about it.

Go with all hardened parts , clutches, bands, planetary, etc... i did and no problems, i would however like to tear it apart and see if anything is wearing out, kind of a preventive maintenance thing, maybe someday when i get some time.
