who makes harnesses out there

alright guys i got my self a full lt1swap from a 95 impala and i need to know who out there make harnesses for it. Street And Performance has one for 750, Speartech for 650, superior harness, and painless. right now im leaning for speartech or superior as the customer service seems good. it seems good quality and a fair price. What are your opinions on these and what other companies are out there? with these harnesses are they trully plug and play? i get a fealing ittle plug into the motor but im still gonna have to splice in the guages, and all the other accessories. Am i right on this one?

I didn&#39;t know Allen did OBD I harnesess..... He doesn&#39;t list them on his web site.... I kinda thought he specialized in Gen II stuff... Maybe a custom job? Red03SilSS, do you have any specific info on this? Have you had an LT1 harness made by Allen?

Man we&#39;ve got a sensitive crew lately. Don&#39;t get your panties in a knot. I was not "pointing you out" I have both LT1 and Gen III swaps. I am ALWAYS looking to keep current on who produces harnesses. Your post was contrary to what I then knew. I asked if you had specific info/experience. What is wrong with that? sheesh.....

No Sir Mr Kwkenuf. I do now have any specific info on an LT1 harness from Allen, and no I have not done an LT1 swap. Remember I am a body and paint technician. Not a mechanic.

They was i read it must have just came out to me as defensive, almost like you were saying I was wrong.

It was just my opinion, if I were doing a LT1 swap and needed a harness, I would ask nelson first. Plus I would see if he knew any info about those companies, since he is in the business.
